If they had one one thing going for them it was the allure of the Grafton brand, which is the only reason it has not gone down as much as some other DBMs. I'm not sure they do enough to protect and leverage the brand. The new product cycle is still completely unproven, and as far as Plexur is concerned, the little proof that does exist is not encouraging. Now there are no direct sales reps anymore, leaving them at the mercy of big distributor organizations for which they make up probably less than 10% of total revenue. So those 700 reps may equate to 70 selling Osteotech, but without Osteotech having direct control over them. I agree the stock is cheap, but that does not mean that knowledgeable people see any reason to buy the company.
