How is it distributed now?
It's kind of like Star Wars were the Jedi keep saying that Aniken Skywalker will rebalance the Force. How is it balance now? There are lots of good guy Jedi running around all over the galaxy. So what will "rebalance" that? So America has been the richest country for a century, because of capitalism, private owneship and liberty. What will rebalance that? Well, in the last several decades we've exported lots of our wealth to Asia: Japan, Indonesia, Vietnam, China and India for example.
