being in politics my self, there is always someone, somewhere, arms crossed, who always knows "how it coulda been done better". (I call them C.A.V.E people, "citizens against virtually everything)

details details, usually not being privy to the details of a situation makes most people "feel" like they know how to do it better......when usually, all they have is an opinion....and usually a bad one at that......
