I've been negative in the past on OPLK. Doesn't have very good technology, small revenue, etc.
Still, despite the jump in share price lately I'm warming up to the stock.
Reasons:
1. Lots of cash: close to $8 per share
2. Excellent cost control
3. Profitable even at depressed revenue of $30 Mio
4. Big portion of the revenue is related to China (big growth right now)
5. Best acting stock in the IBD fiber optic group (excluding some obscure names there)

I expect reasonable qtr and uptick in revenue projection for next.
Assuming 0.1/share for the qtr and P/E of 15 the stock could jump to $14 or more and challenge its 52 week high.
Buy on any pulback to 12.
