Why would anyone vote YES to this and get 60 cents -- less than a penny more than the current pps? Even friends of google and on2 management would make more money by voting NO. The share price will certainly move up if the deal is killed. Even if they had some kind of backdoor agreement with google and/or on2 management, why wouldn't they screw them royally by voting NO and make out like the true bandits they are? Are crooks really that loyal?
