From the MEASLEY high of $5.47 in the middle of Sept 2009 to today's current price of $4.30. that is a 21.5% DECLINE and QUALIFIES AGAIN as a BEAR MARKET. Nice huh. Considering that the $5.47 price in September was in and of itself ALREADY in a BEAR MARKET. This action must mean a DOUBLE BEAR MARKET. Hope everybody is as happy about it as I am. Rating :
