If you're concerned about your investment, your healthcare future, your retirement, your country there is a gang of idiots attacking healthcare right now, as you read. These are the same people who have brought their cutting 'edge decision' making skills to the financial and auto industries. The bobble head speech reader and his gang of tsars are out to destroy our economy, our investment in OHI included. This is not a negative comment about about OHI it is about the destruction of our free market economy. I don't know what one can do, perhaps morn the loss of our free choice is all.

The recent shelf registration, I assume, is an option (plan B) for meeting refinancing obligations in the coming year. With the gov't borrowing potentially sucking up all the capital it can for stimulus, there's not much left for economic growth - isn't that oxymoronic - moronic for sure.
