I don't think the PE is a good indicator of the value of this company since those earnings were inflated by one-time sales.

That being said, the book value of this company is growing significantly (just under $13 at the end of this most recent Q), up about 12-13% from the previous quarter and up almost 100% from a year ago...

Yet the price is sitting below book value and about level with its price 12-months ago and below it's rise after last quarter's results...

I can only assume the price will rise at some point in the next few days or weeks to the $16 range.
