I've been watching ODC for awhile now and according to historical data they typically declare a dividend shortly after reporting earnings. I wouldn't be surprised to see something tomorrow - almost certainly next week. It won't be paid until early December, shortly before their next earnings report. This might be a good time for me to buy some shares (I don't own any at this time); as the stock should get a small pop following the dividend declaration. Overall ODC looks fairly well managed, has been around quite awhile, and consistently pays a dividend regardless of performance. Of course there are other considerations for my decision as I do alot of "homework" before purchasing any stock.
