Lower costs = lower pay and layoffs. Income tax adjustment? How does the $98 million payout offset the adjustment? This profit was made on the backs of their employees and customers. The employees suffer due to decreased wages and decreased 401K contributions and the customers suffer because there is not enough employees to do the work in a timely manner.
Do you really think they can continue to show a profit with the combination of lawsuits and customer loss?
