This is a BAD deal.

1. OCC is now responsible for the 5.3 Million dollar debt. They actually paid money to aquire the $5.3 Miillion dollar debt?????
2. AOS losses will now be reflected on the balance sheet of OCC, (We know SMP is loosing money and will likely continue to loose due to weakness in the commercial sector)

Not a pretty picture, it will be interesting to see what this means first quarter next year.
