Why the 2.9M increase in shares outstanding from 13.6M to 16.5M? It amounts to a 21.3% increase in shares. Will some of the money from the Scopus sell be used for a share buyback?

What sort of investment(s) does the company plan to make into the fixed income real estate sector? Are we talking financial securities or real property? If real property, does the company plan to utilize low rate debt for the purchase? What sort of ROI is the company expecting from its venture in the sector?

At $1.22 per share, the company has $20M market value, but $38M in cash. Will any of that be paid out to shareholders as a cash dividend? Any talk of just selling the business?

In the press release, Mr. Wyler expressed his belief that shareholders should be pleased with the company's board decision to diversify, but then he cautioned that it "may" add value to the company. That's not encouraging; it "may not" add value to the company.
