We are currently picking up New Guinea Gold (NGG.V), as it dropped heavily the last few days. Reason for the drop is the fact that the mining equipment provider unilaterally terminated its contract with NGG, and even removed machinery from the Sinivit mine.

New Guinea Gold has filed a lawsuit, in order to get back 2.1M CAD as compensation.Work was halted for almost two weeks, but they expect to sign a new agreement this month, so they still have a chance to achieve a 3,000 oz/month production by year end.

We are currently working on a in-depth research on New Guinea Gold, but we think C$0.14 might be a good price to buy a first tranche of New Guinea Gold. We have just bought 50% of the position we want to obtain. If NGG keeps on falling, we will buy more at lower prices.
