According to the ATS website, they acquired NTS. ATS seems to only want the Red Light and Speed programs. ATS only bought the assets and contracts. They are not encumbered with any of the debt incured by NTS. So, what does this mean for shareholders? Nothing! They are not responsible in any way to them.

Also, be aware that the contracts held by Nestor were bid on by ATS. They lost the bidding because they did not have a product that inspired faith by the cities. That means that when the bidding begins again on existing contracts the cities will probably look elsewhere for their traffic solutions.
