Since March, we have seen a major rally in the market with most stocks up more than 50%, NASV is down more than 50% largely due to what I would consider judgement errors by management, legal department, mis filings by the accouting staff and a complete lack of clarity and transparency in the companies press releases. Statement like "while we are technically out of the quiet period" just does not cut it. We are either in or out of a quiet period, we either have news or don't have news to release. Patients may be a virtue, but in the market, timing is everything, and it appears to me that we have once again missed a great opportunity. Time to get your act together boys, there is only one chair left and the music could stop at any time.
