Posting new highs on these down days suggest someone is buying big.
We could be looking at a close to $130 million year with higher revenues than ever. Continued growth and the DOT contract will add more revenues for next year. $14+ at the end of Q1 or Q2 2010 is my prediction. PS: I own EGOV and am holding long not trading options. Sentiment : Strong Buy Rating :
