I’m thinking this DOT deal could be huge. It could decrease insurance rates for carrier companies, increase road safety and reduce carrier company costs and liability. A great bargain for carrier companies and great for NIC. For NIC (EGOV) My guess is about $50 million up front and that or more year to year. This year’s revs should be close to $120 mill so adding $50 should put next year at around $170 for about 40% gain in revenues. Margins should increase much more to increase EPS for much higher price targets. Sentiment : Strong Buy Rating :
