I still think this fund has reason to be considered part of a portfolio. It is volatile because of the capital markets and ratings debacle with subprime. IMHO the best way to play this is with dollar cost averaging and having a long time horizon in owning this. I have added it to my IRA and taxable portfolio. I use the dividend to dollar cost average so I dont mind the dips. I think it is a buy here but not for the faint of heart.
