i dont think leh going away while now a horrible decision by paulson etc had anything to do with the poor perf of nox or nro.they got caught being leveraged like many other cef's and were forced to liquidate performing assets at basement prices destroying the nav.at this point if you own nox or nro you should ride it out accept the reduced divy and like you sd see if they can increase the nav over the next 12 months.
