The reason for the big drop was Powershares ETF, PSP, selling to rebalance their additon of foreign publicly traded equity. They had to reduce holdings in GAIN, PSEC, NGPC and others. Only a group of teenagers would do this by selling all at once in the final hour of trading. Laughable.
