I don't know about any buy out, but I found that CNBC referenced a report that was writen recently and included GERON and the first human trials. I can see by the TOC that it is in Chapter 6 and it must be good news, but I'm not going to spend the $4000 plus for the report. This is the link I found on a CNBC search of Neuralstem
