I am curious if Greehey would be interested in acquiring the Eagle Point refinery that Sunoco is idling. This plant, along with Valero's nearby Paulsboro plant would be a nice addition to NS (or, possibly NSH). I think both refineries could be had for a little to nothing. Sunoco only paid 130 million for the plant 5 years ago, I think they would part with it for less than that now. I am not advocating that NuStar stray from its fee based strategy, but Greehey built Valero into a powerhouse buying refineries when no one wanted them, now that cycle is returning and he has the chance to pick them up for next to nothing....
