should result in more fuel oil on the market along with heavy sour crudes. Might cause more asphalt production from other refiners as they divert vacuum bottoms to ashphalt production.
Bottom line is: some good and some bad, as sours and straight run fuel oil becomes more abundant and cheap, but more ashphalt is put on the market. Anyway, I am waiting to buy.
