NLST has 3 memory related patents lawsuits pending or in various stages of settlements. One of which is against Google(!).

They also have a trade-secret claim against TI (Texas Instrument) which is currently negotiated for settlement.

Whether successful or not, NLST's IP and knowhow appears very much solid.

Last night's conference call was very brief, and CEO just stated dryly that the company is a technology leader in the newly developed memory chips.

After reading the 10-Q, I now understand why CEO is so confident.
