People posted that it was time for a change when NEOP was a quarter. The basher said NEOP would not go higher for many years until they got revenues from Lympho. Thats just dumb.

Stocks move in anticipation of what is coming. They don't wait until after it happens. If you wait for Lympho earnings to begin you will be much too late.

NEOP moves with milestones not Bupp and his presentations. The presentations have never affected the stock price.
