1. Growing mobile device users on all collaboration suites on both existing and new customers
2. Dumped Nokia/Intellisync (Groupwise !) Blackberry users turning to Notifylink, also because of the iPhone support with the single possible solution today being Notifylink.
3. No BES/NLES users (b/c too expensive) with a Blackberry preference, jumping on ActiveSync for the Blackberry with the new NotifySync service/client.
