The big cloud over the teleradiology business appears to be declining margins. How low can margins in this business go? If this is a business with low entry costs (I am not saying it is), then ultimately competition should turn this into a commodity business with at best 3 to 7% after-tax margins.

Do others have an opinion about how low margins will go before stabilizing? And if you believe that this business will not be commoditized by competition, what are the barriers to entry?
