Wish I knew. I suggest listening to their upcoming conference call in November before selling. They may create year-end gains--fourth quarter seems to always be their best! On the other hand, many analysts say to 'sell' NCIT. Beware the glad tidings of government-oriented companies without dividends. I'm seriously thinking of selling my shares if this company proves pale, after their conference call.
