Ok, lets anal-ize for a minute. The merger with Euro-nuts has been a train wreck for the Euro-Peons. Yanks managing Euro-Peons is never gonna work. The writing is on the wall, this merger will be broken up. The best way to do this is have leveraged takeover of the whole pie, and sell off the Euronext. The sum of the parts is worth more than the whole. GS and their partners are well suited to do the deal, take it private, split off Euro-Nuts, make some serious jackola and then use NYX as it's own private transaction club, i.e. GS trades for free. This deal will happen and is in the works.
