Since I am talking to myself, there isn't any need to think that my opinion about NST is anything but infalable. Now I PROCLAIM that the application for $28MM in stimulus funds is going to be either withdrawn or denied based upon the fact that it might create some TEMPORARY jobs but all the new hires will become the next jobs eliminated when they are no longer needed.
