Stockfundmanger seems to post whenever there is an acquisition of a public company announced. I also heard he is referring shareholders to the law firm of Levi & Korsinsky. That law firm has a track record of obtaining settlements that generate no recovery to shareholders but fees for itself.

Stockfundmanger's actions sure seem unethical to me.
