WELL WELL WELL.....

It didn't take ole Erik the Great long to figure out he couldn't make the numbers promised to Wallstreet with the current sales climate.

So what did he do.....what every "great" CEO in America has chosen to do lately ..... CUT OUT THE CONTINUATION OF THE DEFINED BENEFIT RETIREMENT PLAN as of Dec. 31, 2009!

Of course he claims that this is being done to "be competitive" with other companies in our industries.......BUT WE DON'T WORK FOR OTHER COMPANIES!

It's a sad, sad day for those who have given many years to this company only to get kicked in the crotch so that the 5th floor residents can achieve their MIP's and fill their bank accounts with far to much cash.

If you didn't believe that the company that once gave a damn about its' employees is dead and gone this should put the final nail in the coffin.
