This is of course not about any particular company or individuals....no possible truth to anything written here, just something thrown up for your review and amusement...

So rumor has it that the lump sum option of the pension plan may be on the way out after September ....

Of course EF and company aren't silly enough to give "advance notice" (45 day notice required) of the change....to many folks would head for the hills with their hard earned pension dollars in their pockets

Oh no my friends the word is that the funding level will drop below the 80% requirement of the Pension Guaranty folks............at this level no lump sum distribution is allowed "by law", a change that takes place immediately, making it impossible to get what's owed you.

Perhaps someone can bring this up to EF and his minions during the quarterly meetings over the next day or so eh???
