Some (by no means all) common shareholders were cheering when NCT's management announced that they would try to cheat the preferred shareholders out of their interests.

I said at the time that nothing good from this would acrrue to the common shareholders, that the knife would be plunged into your backs too. Now it has happened. NCT is worth 60% of what it was the day management promised you it would save your interests by cheating the preferred shareholders.

Investors are only comfortable owning stocks of companies whose managements are known to be reputable. They flee from those that are shown to cheat any interest, even if it is not their own. NTC common shareholders have learned THAT lesson the hard way.
