I don't see why they would cut the dividend. They have the earnings to cover the dividend. They are also predicting a growth in earnings next year. This will reduce the payout ratio. I don't see them increasing the dividend anytime soon, but a 9.3% yield is awesome. I don't mind that the stock does not appreciate, I am steadily accumulation shares at this cheap price. If I am right in 10 years from now I will be extremely happy with the purchase. You are buying 1 dollar worth of assets for 40 cents.
Has anyone read anything from an analyst that believes the dividend will be cut? UBS, and S and P both believe the dividend is safe.
