I too have had doubts about JRF and I also know he is fighting a large foreign entity that wants NYB at an unfairly predetermined, below market price.

JRF allegedly declined a low ball offer. That foreign entity continues to artificially depress the price of NYB.

In order to have a say about the destiny of NYB we must continue to BUY as many shares as possible to defeat the shorts and their road apple masters who exert undue influence through numerous Arb firms.

I know what I am speaking about. JRF is not loved on the STREET, but he has the fortitude to continue the course. This is a man who rose from humble beginnings who served honorably in Vietnam and went to college at night. He rose through the ranks of QSB to become its President and with imagination and determination turned QSB into NYB.
Whatever you think, he is a winner. And I expect to profit immensely in a merger he brings about.
