The bank holds 28 million shares in a type of
bank escrow trust account. These will be converted into stock of the restructured entity.
Right now the stock is easily manipulated for
the reason of a small float. This will change.
The tangible book value stands at $9.40 per
share ( after subtracting $171 million in
goodwill) and trades today at 28 PE.
The CEO takes out close to $600,000 per year.
NWSB operates in the same markets as FCF and
STBA, its peers under pressure. There is no real
difference.
