High Volume VZ store ...this time a authorized Verizon store...dispaly right in front...says he loves the product sells well...that all i could get out of him....HERE WHAT AGGRAVATES THE HELL OUT OF ME...went into radios shack store in a busy large mall...asked about mifi...did not have a clue evena fter explaing what it was...called his stor manager who alos did not know what it was...gave heim my phone number and they would call local regional office...did not know what I was talking about better go to carrier???? my point each vendor should be assigned a sales manager who channel checks himself to insure the presentation of mifi is optimized...on the website and in person...I ahve said you walk or call different store you get a different story...some stores promot it jsut for business which is foolish if you dont have an unlimited data plan...others promote is in lieu of a laptop connect card with perks etc etc...that the largest market...ie my household. They could also offer traing to all stores through video webinairs....so apparently a whole region of radio shacks do not even know what a mifi is....one thing about be a New Yorker...if you let your guard down in business you will be ruined...so must New York business many push things to the max and thing about every contingency...they had jump on the market and they are wasting it....they should be monitoring the whole process not staring at the pacific ocean and entranced by the Santa Annas....the NVTL rep whole handles RS SHOULD BE REEMED OUT OR DEMOTED..JUST AN OPINION
