I agree. Actually I'm shocked NVMI didn't skyrocket today. NANO (same subsector, and competitor) also reported earnings of 8 cents, and their stock is $7.19! Talk about disparity! Looking at it another way, RTEC also beat expectations, BUT with a LOSS of 7 cents, and the stock jumped about $1 today to almost $7. Or looking at it yet another way..... NVMI said they expect the trend to continue, but even if we assume equal quarters for 3 more quarters, that would be EPS of $.32 and with a P/E of 15 would mean a stock price of $4.80. So why does NVMI get no respect? Sure looks like a great time for NANO to offer NVMI a stock merger deal. Rating :
