What was Diplomat deal?

The guy Estill lasted what, one month? What the heck happened? Company saw something they didn't like in Mr. Estill, or Mr. Estill saw something he didn't like and couldn't change about the company?

Wonder how much the Estill hiring and separation cost the company.
