This is a stupid affirmative action case. If they hired 10 black guys and one white guy then there would be no case. It is amazing that we would rather higher an idiot black guy then a smart white, asian, hispanic or any other culture because our laws are racially biased towards them. What a joke.....next thing you know obama is going to set up a welfare program just for African Americans...oh wait maybe, its already in the works.
