Halla has rapped the corporation for his personal gain while doing little for the shareholders (<4% avg annual return during his tenure). National has underperformed both the major averages as well as it's competitors. Glad to see him go, but don't expect his replacement, Macleod, to do much better. Macleod is an aging NSM lifer and should be retiring himself. This company needs new blood.
