It seems this company grows by buying up small companies to get clients when they've lost most of their clients from their last acquisition. Big on smoke and mirrors, small on solid business strategy. Most of the activity on this stock seems to be insiders shuffling stocks back and forth. The only shareholder of any consequence is the founder. Out of 6.7 million shares he owns, 4.8 million. Can't really consider this one to be publicly traded, if he won't buy it back you're stuck.
