I would love to see this taken over but if you were the CEO or the President of a business where you pulled out a fat salary,gave yourself a raise after posting considerable losses (see executive compensation package from last shareholders meeting)and had the ability to control and make your board of directors look like fools why would you actively go out and solicit bids to be bought?


Face it it isn't going anywhere. There are too many landmines for any buyer and Moyer and Fainor have feathered their nests.
