Only 3% lay-off of Acquired Co. Employees      4-Nov-09 12:08 pm    
NOVL laying off ONLY 3% (140) of workforce. These are no doubt employees related to ACQUIRED COMPANY'S where overlap applied. NOTE: 3% of 4,700 employees = 140 employees (a mear pitness of a sum).
