My take is that NNN has long term leases on the property it does own. Plus if a collasp occurs we will be able to weather the storm and pick up new properties at bargain prices. And for the long term, this could be a terrific investment

O is NNN's west coast cousin - essentially the same business model and comparable properties (O is bigger). If O has a good quarter, you can expect NNN to have a good quarter.
