Is it possible that there is a "take-over" in the offing? The fact that the common is priced higher than the preferred which has a higher dividend percentage makes me wonder if there is a "suitor" just off-stage. If so - the offer to purchase the common shares would be in excess of $25/share. Possible "insider knowledge(trading)"??
