While reading the presentation I was suprised and angered at the statements the cpmpany had made. I found it funny that the company has now declared the 600+ employees who were laid off earlier this year are now considered permanent cuts. I don't believe the employees walked out thinking they were never going to be called back. Other than those that worked in the factories that were closed, which was Ireland with 80+ and Hamilton, Ohio with around 20. The math doesn't work out.

I especially like the "Elimination of new stock options". I guess they voted for that right after they issued options to the good ole boys in March and July of this year.

"History of acquisition and intergration success", not true. Every company that NN has bought out has came with a whole lot of problems. They have failed to do their DD in many aspects. The acquired companies don't have a monopoly on their respective markets nor make any lucritive products.

Level 3. Is this another fad name for JIT, Lean, or the many other 'program of the month' sales gimics that consultants push on unsuspecting companies?

The dividend. Investors are not going to drive this stock over 6 and hold it there for long. INO it's a $4 stock at best. In year's to come maybe an 8. Look at the history of it. the stock was around 10 for years when the company was making maney and paying a dividend. To much uncertanity here. To much foreign competition especially now, socialist union ties in Europe, and lack of clear guidance. In short, don't take the IR post as the Gospel.

I have a feeling I'll get bashed for this post but as a stock holder in this company, I'm entitled to the right to have a say.
