Since March 9th, the broader stock market is up about 53%. In that same time period, NLCI is DOWN about 23%. That is an underperformance of 73%. If I flipped 73% less burgers than the guy next to me, I'd be fired in a heartbeat.

In recent memory, we've had a bid of $17/share. The bid was lowered to $13/share. We are now under $9/share. Management has talked about "long term shareholder value", but these bids were actually over a pretty long term.

I wonder what mgmt actually means by "long term shareholder value". Anyone have a clue? I have not seen any long term shareholder value created over the long term. Is there any hope?

Is anyone else disgustipated?
