Yes, plus UA would cost more since their market price went up. Since UA's future performance is a question mark, it would be silly for NKE to pay up for UA now after not acquiring it for less money. Either way NKE is a sell now, even more. If they buy UA it could be at too high a price. If they don't buy UA they won't have the growth a less saturated brand can give. I don't have a position in UA and won't start one at this time.
